Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Total delivery time
Taking into account both processing and shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 6 to 13 business days after placing it.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information, so you can follow your package on its way.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, weather or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at snowgrincrew@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
